By downloading or using ReClaim Miles, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the desktop application according to your purchased license tier (Freelancer, Small Business, or Accountant).

2. Tax Compliance Disclaimer (IRS Rules)

ReClaim Miles provides software tools and algorithmic models to assist in reconstructing, managing, and maintaining vehicle mileage logs. Elektroinštalácie Poprad, s.r.o. is not a CPA, tax advisory firm, or certified auditor.

The user is strictly and solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all generated mileage logs submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any local tax authority.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elektroinštalácie Poprad, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any tax penalties, interest, audits, lost deductions, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software.

4. Lifetime Deals & AppSumo Purchases

Lifetime licenses purchased through authorized partners (such as AppSumo) grant permanent access to the core features specified at the time of purchase. Future major version releases or add-on online services may be subject to additional terms.
