Run the reconstruction wizard without installing anything
This is a faithful, self-contained simulation of the desktop app's three-step planner, driven by sample data for a fictional contractor. Nothing you do here is uploaded, saved, or sent anywhere.
Sample fleet • June 2026 • figures illustrative only
Both odometer readings come from your own evidence. In the real app these are read from a service invoice, inspection record or fuel receipt — the engine then has to land on exactly 362 miles for the period. It will not silently round. Disable an evidence anchor in step 2 and the reconstruction no longer reconciles to that ending reading — which is exactly what the desktop app refuses to export.
Drag to see how classification changes the deductible total. Commuting is never counted as business.
Anchors are fixed points the engine must route around. Untick one to see the log change.

Substantiation basis. Records are reconstructed from contemporaneous source evidence retained by the taxpayer and are maintained to satisfy the adequate-records and sufficient-evidence standards of IRS Publication 463 and Treas. Reg. § 1.274-5. This browser demo is illustrative and is not a filing-ready document.
The real thing runs entirely on your machine
This demo uses fabricated sample data in your browser. The desktop app works from your receipts, invoices and odometer readings — and never sends any of it to a server.
