Step-by-step installation

Download & run the setup file
Click the download button above or click here to download ReClaimMiles_Setup.exe. Double-click the installer to begin setup.

Bypass the Windows SmartScreen screen
As an independent desktop publisher, Windows Defender SmartScreen may display a blue warning box saying "Windows protected your PC" or "Unknown Publisher".
How to proceed past the blue screen
- Click the "More info" text link located under the warning text.
- A new button will appear at the bottom. Click "Run anyway" to proceed.
Note: This is standard behavior for new standalone software. ReClaim Miles is 100% clean, virus-free, and runs entirely offline.

Launch the desktop app and open the setup screen
Open ReClaim Miles from your desktop. On the setup screen you can start your 14-Day Free Evaluation immediately, or activate a licence using one of the two methods below.

Click "Validate & Activate License"
Once validated, your license tier is associated with this computer. You can organize mileage evidence and prepare records for review; verify every entry and consult a tax professional before filing.
Which kind of licence do you have?
ReClaim Miles accepts two different formats. Pick the one that matches how you bought — the app's activation field is the same, but what you paste is different.
Stackable voucher codes
Lifetime Deal and promotional campaign codes
Voucher codes are stackable: each additional code you redeem on the same machine raises your fleet capacity and unlocks the next tier. Redeem them one at a time in the activation field — the app confirms your new tier after each code.

Redeeming more than one code? Enter them in any order, one per activation. Stacked vouchers are bound to the machine that redeemed them and carry a lifetime entitlement — no annual renewal is charged.

Your key arrives by email from LemonSqueezy immediately after checkout, and is also visible in your LemonSqueezy customer portal. It is a single key — it is not stackable, because the tier you purchased already sets your vehicle limit.
